@cynic: well..the authorities are serious. its just us poor ordinary people on campus who make fun of such things :)
@ria: he he that is interpretation of ordinary people like us who struggle to find a standard parking spot. These few spots are to honor the NL profs of the univ. There are about 7-8 of them who are alive, most of them retired and visit occasionally. So these spots are almost always empty and so a subject of fun on campus.
